B&D Partners With Triphase to Distribute Fiber Products

 VISTA, Calif.B&D Nutritional Ingredients entered a distribution agreement with Triphase Pharmaceuticals to exclusively distribute Triphases specialty fiber products.

Triphase, an ingredient manufacturer and analytical services provider, produces citrus fiber and fenugreek fiber, but will soon introduce garcinia cambogia and haskap berry extract. B&D, an ingredient distributor, will help Triphase develop new market segments and expand U.S. exposure.

Both B&D and our new products are focused on delivering quality assurance and science-based innovations to enrich manufacturing practices and, ultimately, consumer goods."

Bill Van Dyke, CEO/chairman for B&D Nutritional Ingredients, said the company sees a greater demand from ingredient manufacturers for technical expertise, particularly in dietary supplements, functional foods and beverages, and personal care industries.

"We feel Triphases range of ingredients and willingness to satisfy requirements present a best-fit solution to our customers needs," Van Dyke said.

B&D also entered into a distribution agreement with Nutraberry LLC in March.
