BENICIA, Calif.—InterHealth Nutraceuticals Inc. announced that it has acquired the 7-Keto ingredient from Humanetics Corporation. 7-Keto is a clinically tested, patented ingredient that helps maintain metabolic rate when dieting for greater weight loss and fat loss.
“7-Keto fits very nicely into InterHealth’s portfolio of science-based, branded, functional ingredients supported by robust clinical trial and safety data," said to Paul Dijkstra, president and CEO of InterHealth. “7-Keto® is sold to many of the industry’s most successful finished product brands and holds a strong position in the marketplace."
The transaction marks the second acquisition completed by InterHealth since it was acquired by Kainos Capital in November 2013.
