Ed Dudley Joins Food Marketing Support Services

OAK PARK, ILEd Dudley has joined Food Marketing Support Services, Inc. (FMSS) as vice president of research and development. Dudleys extensive background in food product development and project management support FMSSs broad client base and services. He has a track record with internal sales and marketing, R&D, and vendor groups.

Eds sound technical expertise, combined with his creativity and vision, fit well with our distinctive FMSS style, says President, Nancy C. Rodriguez. Clients will welcome his strategic thinking, passion for innovative outcomes and the ability to deliver projects on budget, on time. FMSS will use Dudleys knowledge and experience with international corporations to expand its global marketing efforts.

Most recently, Dudley was director of quality assurance and product development for Federated Group, Inc. There, he focused on high quality/high value private label brandsa market that FMSS has also targeted in the past year.

Ed Dudley has worked for Barilla America, Inc., Sara Lee Bakery, Kraft Foods, Inc., and the Pepsi-Cola Company. He holds an MS in Food Science with a minor in Marketing from Cornell University. He is co-author of several technical publications, and holds a U.S. Patent for the development of a low fat whipped topping (1995).
