John DaLoia Named Stampede Meats New Director of Culinary & Corporate Executive Chef

BRIDGEVIEW, ILWith a career in foodservice and culinary education spanning over 35 years, Chef John DaLoia, formally the top culinarian at McCain Foods USA, joins Stampede Meat, Inc., Bridgeview, IL, as director of culinary & corporate executive chef.

As a member of the senior leadership team; he will work cross functionally with R&D, Sales, Production, and Marketing to help drive quality, innovation, and new business development. Of his many functions, working with the companys many foodservice chain accounts as well as national retail customers and providing a chefs perspective and support to Stampedes business is his top priority. DaLoia will be based at the companys culinary center in Bridgeview, IL.
