SupplySide partner Women In Nutraceuticals launches job board to connect members with hiring companies

Women In Nutraceuticals (WIN) announced the launch of its job board aimed to connect members with reputable hiring organizations within the industry. Organizations with open positions can target WIN’s membership, which represents a diverse array of professionals. Job seekers on the site include seasoned executives and scientists as well as emerging leaders, all of whom share a passion for the nutraceuticals industry. 

Both looking for positions and filling vacancies can be a daunting task. WIN hopes to provide a solution by streamlining the experience by aligning job seekers and hiring organizations that may fit well together. Hiring companies benefit from a targeted reach by connecting directly with candidates who are actively engaged in and often have years of experience within the nutraceuticals space. Job seekers will be able to connect with organizations who value an inclusive and diverse talent pool and are looking for qualified candidates to fill these positions. 

“We’ve had great feedback so far and look forward to expanding this program to try and match more qualified candidates with organizations and help our stakeholders build their networks,” said Traci Kantowski, WIN Programming Co-Chair.  

Current job listings include positions with renowned companies representing a global reach, including operations manager, technical sales manager, science and regulatory supervisor, and manager of science.

All businesses in the nutraceuticals industry may list their available jobs, but the open positions are accessible to WIN members only.
