Silliker Issues Food Safety Awards

HOMEWOOD, Ill.--Silliker Inc. announced the recipients of its 2004Audit Platinum Award for excellence in food safety. The award is presentedannually to 10 processing plants and 10 distribution centers in North Americaand Canada with the highest scores in an audit surveying GMPs (goodmanufacturing practices) and food safety.

Winners included ADM Packaged Oils, Al-Rite Fruits & Syrups, CamelotDesserts, Cavendish Farms Plant #1, Cavendish Farms Plant #2, Creamland DairiesInc./Ice Cream Division, F.G. Lister and Co., Meadow Gold Dairies, Quincy FoodsLLC, St. Clair Foods Inc., Golden State Foods, Gourmet Award Foods, Hub OneLogistics, Martin-Brower Co., Martin-Brower Co., McLane Foodservice, MetroplexDistributors, SYGMA Network and T/C Distribution Co.
