The product is not chemically precipitated, resulting in anundenatured isolated protein product that is very low in sodium. It has superiorsolubility and a bland flavor profile. In addition to the standard powder form,the isolated soy protein is available as a liquid concentrate. Agglomeratedforms are also available.
