Sabinsa Corp.(www.sabinsa.com) announced its ForsLean® patented Coleusforskohlii extract was certified by NSF International.ForsLean underwent a comprehensive toxicology review and purity testing toensure it is free of contaminants, while Sabinsas facilities were previouslyaudited and listed as GMP (good manufacturing practice) compliant with NSF.

ForsLean is the most recent of our ingredient offerings tobe certified by NSF, said Todd Norton, president. In additional news, Sabinsas Curcumin C3 Complex® wasselected as the curcumin ingredient of choice by M.D. Anderson Cancer Center atthe University of Texas, Houston. The center is currently conducting numerousstudies into the impact of curcumin, an extract of turmeric root, in fightingdifferent types of cancers. According to M.D. Anderson researchers, curcuminblocks a key biological pathway needed for development of melanoma and othercancers.
