OTTAWAMerchant Law Group is launching a national class-action lawsuit on behalf of all Canadians who purchased or consumed recalled meats produced by Siena Foods. The lawsuits will allege that Siena Foods Ltd. was negligent in the production of Listeria-contaminated meat products.

The province of Ontario has been investigating possible links between Listeria-contaminated deli meat and five deaths. The litigation seeks financial compensation for all Canadians who purchased or consumed these contaminated deli meats, regardless of whether illness has resulted.
