Redd Remedies Acquires Membrell

BRADLEY, Ill.Supplement developer Redd Remedies® completed its buyout of Membrell® LLC, a joint and bone health supplement manufacturer. The buyout closed on Dec. 2, 2013, and includes JOINThealth Original, JOINThealth Plus Antioxidants, BONEhealth Original, BONEhealth Plus D3 & K2, and Re-Nu Canine suplements. Redd Remedies plans to integrate the line into its own portfolio of condition-specific supplements.
