What is the purpose of your association?

To ensure global dietary supplement marketss are open, vibrant and successful.

Who does your membership consist of? What are the qualifications for membership?

IADSA has over 50 associations across Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America, North America and the Pacific region and 18 global companies.  All members have to meet IADSA requirements for entry and must agree to IADSA's values. 

What services or benefits do you provide your members?

Our members receive access to global information, the world's largest network in the supplement sector and the opportunity to shape regulation and policy across the world to help ensure market growth.

How is your organization different than others representing the natural products industry? 

There is no equivalent body in the world. 

What does your organization hope to accomplish in the upcoming months?

We have programs underway with governments in ASEAN (SE Asia), China, India, and across Latin America and are working to shape regulation and reduce barriers to trade in many more countries. We have a global council of leading scientists from the across the world and an extensive technical group with representatives from many countries who work to build global standards for the dietary supplement sector. All these programs are underway and teams are working on them. 

In your opinion, what's your role in the natural products industry?

To ensure global dietary supplement marks are open, vibrant, and successful.
