Kemin Adds to Food Technologies Division

DES MOINES, IowaKemin has added Fabio de Jesus Rodrigues, John Robitaille and Travis Krause to its commercial sales team for the food technologies division. The employees will focus on growing the companys market share and new business development in North and South America.

All three additions will work as technical sales managers, serving different markets. Rodrigues will serve the Brazilian market in South America; Robitaille will be responsible for growing and developing business in the western region of the United States; and Krause will be responsible for growing and developing business in the north-central region of the United States.

Kemin is currently undergoing a 5-year expansion plan, announced in 2010, to add six new manufacturing facilities, three new research facilities and a new corporate headquarters building in southeast Des Moines. The expansion was predicted to create 98 new jobs in the areas of research, marketing, information technology, as well as other support functions.
