Plus, these sessions are served with a meal, which can be hard to make time for during the busy show. Briefs are an invite-only event.   • The Fi North America Theater is full of short education sessions on targeted food and beverage product innovation solutions. Located on the Expo Hall floor, we’re covering flavors, textures, sustainability, co-packaging, precision fermentation and more. 

  • Knowledge and networking sessions pair a buzzworthy education session with a happy hour and plenty of time for attendees to meet speakers and each other. Topics include supplement trends, the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 (DSHEA), functional food ingredients and mushrooms. Separate registration is required. 

  • Learning Power Hour sessions held on Wednesday and Thursday before the Expo Hall opens allow attendees to get informed on a topic before they hit the show floor to talk to exhibitors. Topics include supplement supply chain, pet supplements, sustainable packaging, food and beverage trends and more.

  • The Supplier Presentation Theater features ingredient innovations, use cases and scientific findings from solution providers. These sponsored presentations offer a way for attendees to quickly learn about the latest innovations and ensure their ROI for the event.  

  • SupplySide Stage sessions teach about supplement innovation and initiatives helping the industry thrive. Pop over while you’re on the Expo Hall floor to learn about topics such as addressing health inequities, artificial intelligence’s impact on supplement research, formulating children’s products, preventing adulteration and more.
