CHICAGOMintel International Group (www.mintel.com), will host Global New Products Trends & TastingPresentations at the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) Annual Meeting& Food Expo, July 12 to 16 in Las Vegas. The presentations will consist oftwo open sessions and one VIP session daily, and will be held alongside theHealthy Food Ingredients Pavillion. Topics will include Health & WellnessIngredient Trends, Ethnic Flavor Trends, and Convenience & Packaging Trends.
