BLOOMINGDALE, Ill.NOW Foods hired Suzy Singh from FOX's "MasterChef" as the company's new R&D corporate chef to help wellness-seeking communities incorporate natural products into their everyday routines.

Singh, a season two finalist on the show, will use recipe development and new product concepts while also supporting NOW Food's new launches. In celebration of its 45-year anniversary, the company will expand its line with the new Living Now and Ellyndale products.

Living Now is an allergy-friendly and gluten-free line of grains, flours and baking products that excludes eight major allergens (dairy, wheat, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, fish and shellfish). Ellyndale, scheduled to launch in the fall of 2013, is a new line of gourmet natural and organic foods using premium ingredients to create unique and innovative flavors.

NOW CEO Al Powers said, Anniversaries are a time for reflection, and we are grateful to everyone  who has  contributed to NOWs growth and our ability to fulfill our original mission to provide value in products and services that empower people to lead healthier lives."

NOW recently expanded its Bloomingdale facility by adding a 116,000-square-foot building, and it also added a 130,000-square-foot facility in Sparks, NV.
