Robertet Flavors Appoints Research Chef

PISCATAWAY, N.J.Robertet Flavors appointed Julian Dabrowski to the newly created position of research chef. In his new position, he will develop new products with the company's applications team, while using his culinary expertise to expand Robertet's capabilities.

Dabrowski brings more than 15 years of experience in the culinary field to the company and also served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He earned a bachelor's degree in food science from Delaware Valley College and an associates degree in culinary arts from the Art Institute of Philadelphia. He will report to Phyllis Williams, associate director of flavor applications.

In April, Robertet Flavors appointed two sales executives to flavor division roles that will strengthen its global strategic initiative. Both positions report to John Simmons, vice president of sales and marketing, appointed to the position in July 2012.
