LINCOLN, Neb.--International Certification Services (www.ics-intl.com), which operates Farm Verified Organic, joined with the Organic Crop Improvement Association (www.ocia.org) in establishing formal certification acceptance procedures. AllIFOAM-accredited certifiers have the opportunity to sign a multilateral mutual recognition agreement, forming the basis of certification acceptance procedures.
