Intertek Cantox will present deficiencies in the regulations and guidance documents pertaining to S/F claims and will host regulators to shed light on the matter

During this Symposium, representatives from both FDA and FTC will explain what the S/F claim substantiation standard means, identify how the S/F claim standards should be applied to dietary supplements and foods and discuss enforcement action triggers.

The symposium will benefit scientific, regulatory, or marketing personnel involved with S/F claims on foods or dietary supplements," said Ashley Roberts, senior vice president of Intertek Cantoxs food and nutrition group.
