Lawsuit Targets KFC Grilled Chicken

LOS ANGELESThe Los Angeles Times is reporting that the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) is planning to file a lawsuit in California against KFC for failing to warn consumers that the chain's new grilled chicken product contains the carcinogen PhIP, which it claims can increase a person's risk of developing cancer even if consumed in small amounts.
