ST. FRANCIS, Wis.Wixon Inc. introduced spicy combinations for adding heat to dips, spreads and condiments. The new combinations include:

Wasabi Ginger: Spicy, pungent ginger combined with fiery wasabi. This flavor combination adds heat and body to sour cream, mayonnaise and other dip bases. Wasabi Ginger is also a complementary spicy blend for ketchup.Carmelized Onion: Adds depth andrich, sweet flavor to cream cheese, mayonnaise and other dip bases. This blend contains dehydrated onion, as well as onion powder, for texture and visual appeal. Chipotle Lime: The smoky notes of chipotle combined with the zest of lime provides an authentic southwestern taste to ketchup, cream cheese, or other dip base.Buffalo Wing: This spread seasoning contains blue cheese as well as some of the hot sauce elements of buffalo wings. Designed to be blended with cream cheese, mayonnaise or other dip base.
