CHICAGO Amazon Origins debuted its new camu camu berry supplement, Amacari 100% CamuPure, with added research for anti-inflammatory benefits. The ingredient features 100 percent camu camu berries sustainably harvested from the Amazonian River Basin in Brazil.

Camu camu berries fall into the popular superfruit category boasting high Oxygen Radical Absorption Capacity (ORAC) levels to reduce inflammation and cell damage. Camu camu berries betulinic acid, a natural triterpenoid linked to inflammatory disease prevention. According to Amazon Origins, camu camu berries contain the highest naturally occurring concentration of Vitamin C of any known plant.
