in-cosmetics Personal Care Ingredients Show to Launch in US

in-cosmetics, a trade show deigned to connect personal care finished product brands with suppliers of personal care ingredients, will host its first show in North America in 2016.

The inaugural in-cosmetics North America will take place from Sept. 7-8 in New York. With a dual focus on product innovation and technical education, the event will provide U.S.-based brands and manufacturers with a chance to source raw materials.

Technical education will be a primary focus at the show; visitors will hear from international industry experts, while a formulation lab on the show floor will provide hands-on practical training for research and development (R&D) professionals. In addition, innovation seminars, formulation displays and marketing trends presentations will enable visitors to identify products, techniques and industry trends.

Currently, more than 100 suppliers from 20 countries are exhibiting, including companies from France, Germany, India, Brazil, Argentina, Japan and South Korea, to showcase innovative ingredients and technologies. For many, the event will be an introduction to the United States.

The show coincides with the MakeUp in NewYork show—which takes place on the same dates. MakeUp in NewYork offers formulation and packaging solutions for color cosmetics.
