Carob Fiber May Lower Cholesterol

SOMERSET, N.J.--Nutrinova announced the completionof a clinical study confirming the cholesterol-lowering potential of its Caromaxcarob fiber ingredient. The study was conducted with 49 adults who were slightlyhypercholesterolemic.
