Nutraceuticals International Group ~ SelectSIEVE® Bergamot

PARAMUS, N.J.Nutraceuticals International Group, in partnership with Principium, produced SelectSIEVE® Bergamot from 100-percent bergamot juice, an ingredient known to reduce blood cholesterol and lipids.

SelectSIEVE® Bergamot is a synergic system based on balanced and highly standardized glycosilated polyphenols. Its healthy flavonoids from bergamot fruit has natural hypolipidemic, hypocholesterolemic and hypoglycemic effects.

Polyphenols are isolated from the fruit in glycosilated form, the natural source that improves digestibility, bioavailability and stability. In particular, this extract is standardized with polyphenols responsible of statin-like" action without the typical side effects of statins.

For hypocholesterolemic uses, dosages should include 500mg/day, based on a clinical study.Applications include: prevention of cardiovascular disease, reduction of total cholesterol, LDL and triglycerides, and for hypoglycemic effects.
