Aloecorp Presents Awards at IASC Seminar

BROOMFIELD, Colo.Aloecorpannounced the International Aloe Science Council (IASC) Hall of Fame Award wasposthumously awarded to Yun Ho Lee, founder of Namyang Aloe Co. Ltd., during the22nd Annual IASC Scientific Seminar in Las Vegas in October. The awardrecognized the significant contributions and advancements in the aloe industryas a result of Lees vision.

Aloecorp also presented its own Award of Scientific Merit,named after Yun Ho Lee, to Yawei Ni for his research in the isolation andcharacterization of the structure of aloe leaf pulp. He was honored with aplaque and check for $10,000. The award was established in 1997 by B. WilliamLee, chairman of the board of Aloecorp, Unigen Pharmaceuticals and OasisWellness Network.
