HAUPPAUGE, N.Y.--Bio-Botanica is now supplying Sabaltone®, a standardized herbal extract made from ripe saw palmetto berries. Sabaltone is manufactured using a proprietary cold extraction process(Bio-Chelation®) that uses natural solvents to extract the fatty acids and sterols. The ingredient is available in three forms. Granule form contains a minimum fatty acid content of 40 percent, bulk density of .65. The oil form contains 85 to 95 percent fatty acids and sterols and is designed for use insoftgels.
