SHANGDONG, China — Cactus Botanics (www.cactusbotanics.com) announced it has improved the extraction process used in developing its Black Soybean Extract, increasing the anthocyanin content from 10 percent to 15 percent. As approximately 96 percent of the anthocyanin content in black soybean extract is cyanidin-3-glucoside, the cyanidin-3-glucoside content now reaches 14.4 percent.
