Herbalife Names New President/CEO, CFO

LOS ANGELES-- Herbalife International (www.herbalife.com)announced that Francis Tirelli is the new president and chief executive officer(CEO) of the company. Tirelli is an Herbalife board member and former partner ofDeloitte. He replaces Christopher Pair, who left the company in October.

In additional company news, Douglas Sages was named executive vice president,chief administrative officer and chief financial officer (CFO). Chiefadministrative officer is a newly created position at the company, and as CFO,Sages succeeds Timothy Gerrity. Gerrity, who held the position for the past 16years, is leaving the company to explore entrepreneurial opportunities.
