Performance Labs Changes Hands

CALABASAS, Calif.--Richard Million Burke, aco-founder of Performance Labs (www.performancelabs.com),purchased the company from David J. Mercer as Mercer retired. Burke said hehopes to expand the distribution of the company's flagship products--Vitalert,AcidFree and GarliMax--into new retail channels. The products are currently soldthrough mainstream stores such as Costco, Wal-Mart and Albertson's. Burke hasassembled a new management team, including Steve S. Naczinski, director ofmarketing; Phyllis Reutinger, director of sales; and Bruce Burke, businessaffairs manager.
