The patent-pendingingredient is designed to allow manufacturers to formulate clear or transparentbeverages with natural-source vitamin E. The concentrated form contains morethan 230 IU/g and instantly disperses in water (with nominal mixing) to form astable and clear solution of natural-source d-alpha tocopheryl acetate. ADM (www.d-alpha.com)noted the ingredient has no ringing or sedimentation, has a stable emulsion anda longer shelf-life.
