The patent-pendingingredient is designed to allow manufacturers to formulate clear or transparentbeverages with natural-source vitamin E. The concentrated form contains morethan 230 IU/g and instantly disperses in water (with nominal mixing) to form astable and clear solution of natural-source d-alpha tocopheryl acetate.
