According to Albion (www.albion-an.com),the complexes are easy to use in formulations such as powdered beverages,chewables, bars and ready-to-drink juices, and will soon carry GRAS (generallyrecognized as safe) status. Albion also offers Calcium Citrate Malate in the6:2:3 molar ratio that complies with Procter & Gamble patents.
