Biochemix Settles Patent Suit

AUSTIN, Texas--Biochemix Inc., which holds patent rights in the United States andabroad to various D-Glucarate salts for therapeutic use, recently settled a patentinfringement case. Biochemix brought the case against two companies for unauthorized useof its patented Calcium D-Glucarate.
