BREA, Calif.--Window Rock Enterprises filed five lawsuits under the Federal Lanham Act alleging the companies named have infringed on the company's CortiSlim dietary supplement product and are engaged in unfair competition.

According to Window Rock's president, Steve Cheng, CortiSlim's patented formula was developed by Shawn Talbott, Ph.D., to support weight loss and reduce levels of the hormone cortisol, and is exclusively available from Window Rock. In its lawsuits, Window Rock alleges the other companies are selling products with inferior ingredients and/or lower levels of actives, and some are using "sound alike" names and other predatory tactics in marketing.

The companies named are Heaven Sent, HNS/Diet A Day, Irwin Naturals, Medabiotics and Wellspring Laboratories.
