CreAgri Achieves GRAS Status on HIDROX®

HAYWARD, Calif.CreAgri Inc. announced its product HIDROX® was affirmed GRAS (generally recognized as safe) status by the Burdock Group. HIDROX is a patented raw material formulation of hydroxytyrosol, the primary and most potent antioxidant polyphenol found in olive oil.

HIDROX is made only from the water portion of organic olives and is created using CreAgris patented process Integrale. HIDROX is available as a powder (2 percent), liquid (0.5 percent), and olive oil emulsion (3 percent), and is made with 100 percent organic olives grown in California.
