Horphag Research Wins Suit Against Internet MLM Company

NEW YORK--Horphag Research won a lawsuit against a group of Life Plus MLM distributors, led by Larry Garcia, for unauthorized use of Horphag's Pycnogenol® trademark in the metatags of their Web sites. According toHorphag, the court found that unauthorized and pervasive use of the Pycnogenol (www.pycnogenol.com) trademark in Internet sites that do not offer a Pycnogenol product dilutes the distinctive quality of the registered trademark. Pycnogenol is distributed in North America by Natural Health Science(NHS) in Hillside, N.J. For more information, visit Booth #1377-1379 at SupplySide West.
