Marine Bio Signs Supplier Agreements

TOKYOMarine Bio USA announcedtwo exclusive supplier agreements. The first agreement is with Los Angeles-basedOptiPure, a division of Chemco Industries, to provide Sango Mineral Powder ofSMP-44 to OptiPure on an exclusive basis for the United States and Canada forthree years.

Marine Bios SMP-44 coral calcium is the highest grade wehave found to date, said Ron Udell, president of Chemco (www.optipure.com).We selected Marine Bio as our supplier because its material is superior andthe Okinawan source of its material is undisputed. Furthermore, their strongpatent protection assures us continued supply without the threat of delayscaused by patent infringement claims.

The second agreement is with Fullerton, Calif.-based StauberPerformance Ingredients to serve as the exclusive distributor of Marine BiosCCP (Coral Calcium Powder) and ASC (Above Sea Level Coral) products in theUnited States.
