Nutratech Announces Settlement of Patent Infringement Suit
WAYNE, N.J.Nutratech Inc. (www.nutratechinc.com)announced the settlement of a patent infringement action filed againstNutrabiotics Research Labs Inc. in September 2003. Under terms of thesettlement, Nutrabiotics agreed to refrain from future infringement; Nutratechsaction concerned four U.S. patents covering the use of Citrus aurantium forthermogenesis, athletic performance and weight loss. Nutrabiotics also agreed topay an undisclosed sum for past infringement of Nutratechs patent rights.
