ROCKVILLE, Md.--Pharm East Inc. received U.S.Patent No. 6,399,116 for the use of Rhodiola crenulata (as Tibet-Seng)for benefits including enhanced blood oxygen levels, modulated testosterone andestradiol levels, and enhanced sexual function. As part of the patentapplication, Pharm East (www.pharmeast.com)submitted information from human studies conducted to show benefits to humanhealth, as well as information on clinical studies still in process.
