Cannon Equipment Acquires Controlling Interest in Display Technologies
COLLEGE POINT, N.Y.--Cannon Equipment, based in Rosemount, Minn., acquired controlling interest in Display Technologies LLC, a manufacturer of retail fixtures. Under the agreement, Display Technologies will operate as a subsidiaryof Cannon Equipment, and Richard Jay, president of Display Technologies, will retain a minority ownership and oversee operations from the firm's New York headquarters.
