Bowen Joins OCIA Board of Directors

ONTARIO, Canada--Diane Bowen, formerly of the California Certified Organic Farmers, has joined the Organic Crop Improvement Association's (OCIA) International Board of Directors. Bowen has taken the position of Interim External Director.

In her new role, Bowen will help to resolve OCIA issues such as accreditation, industry and government relations, promotion, and public relations. Bowen will also aid in the implementation of the restructuring of the OCIA, which will involve establishing a more efficient certification process and an international trade policy.
