Captive Plastics Takes Shareholder Position in PET-Power

PISCATAWAY, N.J.--Captive Plastics has taken a majority shareholder position in PET-Power in Etten-Leur, Holland, a European producer of PET containers. The investment expands Captive Plastics' global position, according to John Raymonds, Captive Plastics' president and chief executive officer.
