Charges Against Schlatter Dismissed

ENGLEWOOD, Colo.--OraLabs Holding Corp. president Gary Schlatter was arrestedin December for allegedly conspiring to distribute pseudoephedrine, one of thecomponents of making methamphetamines, and also a component of OTC cold tablets.Those charges have been dropped. However, they are still being evaluated by theUnited States government, which means they may be reopened in the future.

Throughout the ordeal, Schlatter denied the allegations. OraLabs asserted ithad nothing to do with the complaint and had no connections to the chargesbrought against Schlatter.
