General Nutrition Products Changes Name

GREENVILLE, S.C.--General Nutrition Products, based here, has changed itsname to Nutricia Manufacturing USA Inc., to reflect the company's position as akey part of manufacturing operations in the United States for its parent companyRoyal Numico.

Under a reorganization, General Nutrition's manufacturing, packaging anddistribution facilities here and in Anderson, S.C., will be merged into a singleoperating unit with Royal Numico's manufacturing operation in Boca Raton, Fla.No changes are anticipated in operations or staffing levels at the Greenville orAnderson facilities.
