Integrative Therapeutics Acquires Vitaline Corp.

WILSONVILLE, Ore.--Integrative Therapeutics, based here, in October acquiredVitaline Corp., an Ashland, Ore.-based manufacturer of dietary supplements; thepurchase price was not disclosed. North Castle Partners backed the purchase.

Integrative Therapeutics is now the umbrella corporation for Vitaline, TylerEncapsulations, NF Formulas and PhytoPharmica. Anne Ross, vice president ofmarketing for Integrative Therapeutics, told The Oregonian that thecompany is looking for other firms to acquire to become the leading supplier ofdietary supplements through professional care offices.
