ALLEGAN, Mich.--The Perrigo Company announced that David Gibbons has been appointedpresident and chief executive officer (CEO) effective May 1. Michael Jandernoa, who servedas CEO since 1986, will remain chairman of the board. Gibbons was president of RubbermaidEurope after working at 3M for 27 years.
