Primera Foods Acquires Zumbro and IFP

CAMERON, Wis.--Primera Foods announced it has acquired Zumbro Inc., supplierof ingredients, and IFP Inc., custom food processing company. Primera made theacquisitions to expand the company and promote its plans for growth.

"As we continue to expand through acquisitions and internal growth, ourgoal is to diversify and focus on providing a wide range of value-addedingredients and services to our customers," said Primera president, JonLuikart, in a statement.
