DOYLESTOWN, Pa.--The Quigley Corp. acquired 60-percent ownership in Caribbean Pacific Natural Products Inc., a manufacturer and marketer of all-natural sun and skin care products for resorts,theme parks and spas. Last month, Quigley launched www.dariusinternational.com,a direct sales company with alternative health and wellness products. Caribbean Pacific Natural Products is currently developing an exclusive natural skin care line that will be marketed through the Darius Web site.
