Seasonings for Gourmet Snacks, Sauces, Dips

ST.FRANCIS, Wis.Wixon Inc. developed new seasoning products for sauces, snacks and dips that provide a simple way to add a gourmet touch to appetizers or side dishes. In the seasoning category, Wixon released Maple Thyme, which is available in creamy or sugar-based; Skinny Memphis, a honey-flavored and exotic pepper BBQ sauce; Sweet Korean BBQ, applicable to kettle-style sauces or glazes and Yukon Berry Glaze Seasoning/Sauce, ideal for poultry or seafood. In terms of snack seasonings, the new products are: Chipotle with Cumin, Chipotle with Roasted Garlic, Frank and Beans, Hearty BBQ Brisket, Indulgent Chocolate Coconut and Three Alarm Chipotle Jalapeño. In the dip seasonings department, Wixon created Garlic Pineapple Soy Jack Cheese, Mango Chutney, Southwest Asian Fusion Chutney and Warm Mexican BBQ Queso.
