SKW Acquires Traco Labs

CHAMPAIGN, Ill.--Effective April 28, 2000, Traco Labs, www.tracolabs.com, was purchased by SKW's Business Unit BioActives division, located online at www.skwchem.com. As a result of the purchase, Traco became a part of that division. No word on the financial details of the purchase.

"The merger of SKW's existing nutritional business with Traco Labs continues our commitment to the nutritional industry with increased technology and industry leadership," said Dietmar Bauer Ph.D., senior vice president of Business Unit BioActives.
