SKW Acquires Traco Labs

CHAMPAIGN, Ill.--Effective April 28, 2000, Traco Labs, www.tracolabs.com, was purchased by SKW's BusinessUnit BioActives division. As a result of the purchase, Traco became a part of thatdivision. No word on the financial details of the purchase.
